My Dad became incontinent & sometimes the undergarments didn't hold & had urine leakage. These pads worked very well & were the prefect size to cover my Tucson's seat bottom. If there was an accident then I just through it in the wash & they came out fine. We were then ready for our next road trip. They looked better then having a Depends/Tena bed protector on the seat, which because of its plastic backing was slippery on the seat. The dog covers do not slide on the seat & looked nice on the seat. Dad feels less self conscious about his issue.

I bought these for my elderly dog. Between her meds and her age she has developed a leakage problem when she's asleep. I've placed these in the places that she likes to sleep, and they work a treat. They're very absorbent and also keep her from getting wet when she goes. I have actually bought a few of them, and that way whichever room she's in she's covered. She has smaller ones that we use for her food and water bowls, but these larger ones are for sleeping.The size is a little smaller than described, the one I measured is 40" x 35", however as you can see from the photo my little MalteseX is more than comfortable and has plenty of room on it. She took to the mats straight away and seems to prefer them more often than not to her more plush beds - I've also placed mats under the beds because they aren't waterproof. I've used them in the car when I've had to take her for a drive, and they're great for when she has an accident in there - much easier to take out and clean than the hammock I also use.My dog has been using them for a few months now, and they've been getting washed quite regularly. It's easy to just throw them into the washing machine, and I've washed up to five in a single load. They generally air dry overnight or even the same day if you get them washed and hung early enough. I've noticed no deterioration in the mats after all the washes, so I feel confident that they'll last quite a while.
