These are a loose fitting, waterproof trouser. Most waterproof outerwear looks, well, old-fashioned. This looks more like a pair of flared joggers. They are very light, with a silky like texture to the touch. In torrential rain, I can't see them doing a great job. They are more than suitable, for your standard downpour when in a wheelchair. The loose fit, and slightly longer leg are ideal for wheelchair use, making them very comfortable. The pockets are easy to access, and large too.At £29.99 they are not cheap, but they are finished well. Greta material and good colour choice as well. As I said, they don't look like waterproof outerwear. They have no second layer, so don't expect warmth from these. But being loose, you can easily put something underneath. In summer, you also have a cooling pair of trousers.Love them.

I am a size 18 on the high street, and the XXXL is a comfortable, loose fit on me. I could probably have worn an XXL, but certainly not the XL I should be. They aren't warm, so not really suitable for the current cold, January snowy weather, but they will be great in the summer.I chose the blue colour because of them being a lighter weight fabric, I think they will be great in the summer and will go with many bright colours for a summery feel. On my computer screen, the colour is true, it's a lovely light teal or dark turquoise colour, almost petrol blue, very pretty.They are easy to wear with the elasticated waistband and there are four pockets, with the side pockets being big enough for a phone.
