Bandai Hobby #2 Gundam Dynames 1/100, Bandai Double Zero Action Figure

Was not the right model scale (1/100) that was described in the title, was much much smaller than an 1/100 and when asked to do a return I was told I would have to pay shipping to return and the shipping cost was the same if not a little bit more then the product so I said forget it and kept the product.

Love love love it! Great kit and easy to assemble.

Anyone who has found this already likely knows the basics; it's a snap together model kit based off of Bandai's Gundam franchise, in this particular case Gundam 00 Season 1. It's meant to be posed like art, not beaten up like an action figure, because it's a MODEL.However, as a new and proud owner of the 1/100 NG(No Grade) Dynames, I have some insight of its particulars. Overall, it's a very stable and strong model, so long as it's compared only to other model kits of course. It fell about 4 feet down from my dorm room dresser, and nothing broke. As strong as it is overall, the plastic does seem to scratch a bit easier than the MG(Master Grade) kits, so be careful when removing from the runner and whittling off the stubs.It has 1 small box of foil stickers; for the eyes, gun sights, front part of the GN Drive in the chest, the two red parts on its head fin, the reinforcement bars on it's armor "cloak", and a couple leg decals. Unlike the MG suits, it does not have the pressure applied, microscopic decal sheet of OMG. I like a clean, crisp Gundam myself, so I rarely used the small decals myself. They just read things like "Warning, hot after use" and "Danger: Movable Part" for realism, MOSTLY. While we're talking aesthetics, the colors are surprisingly nice out of the box. You can get away with not getting a paint job on it, but a few spots will be monocolored when they're supposed to be multicolored. This includes the storage slot on the back thrusters for beam sabers, the three guns it possesses, and small tidbits that I'm sure I'm forgetting, but aren't major.I WOULD recommend getting a gundam marker or two, the ultra-fine panel line ones. Grey typically works better on white pieces, which most Gundams have, and Black works best for the darker bits. They're GM(Gundam Marker) 01 and 02 if you want the official ones.The final difference is that the hands finish as solid pieces. MG models have articulate thumbs, index fingers, and then a chunk for the last 3 fingers on each hand. This has a closed right hand, a closed left hand, and an open left hand (To support the Sniper Rifle for posing). This is a minor annoyance, as it cannot wield weapons you get from MG kits like the Wing's buster rifle, but it gets the job done.Overall, it's really more like a High Grade than a No Grade, and it poses crazy good. It's about as stable as my MG Wing ver Ka, if that means anything to my fellow modelers. If this sounds like the right kit for you, then have fun. Hope I helped.
