On a restricted diet this is heaven sent and with good ingredients. I can make a sandwich and that's a real treat when you are very limited in what you can eat. It is pricey but then again, when you don't have another option, it seems worth it to me.

I felt it was a little expensive for so little bread and it does not taste all that nice. More like pumpernickel. I've made nicer keto bread than this.
