I ordered these fingerless gloves just shortly before the weather changed and it became much colder. I was going for walks and feeling like my hands needed a little bit of warming. By the time they arrived from Amazon the temperature had dropped to the point where I thought I really needed gloves with fingers. But actually I went for my first walk this evening and although it took a little while for me to come to terms with having chilly fingertips by the time I had arrived home everything was fine. Indeed, my hands felt slightly warmer than they did when I wore gloves with fingers. Why is this? Could it be that my brain sends extra blood to my hands when my fingertips are reporting icy conditions? Or maybe these woolly gloves are more insulating than my gloves with fingers? Anyway, these are surprisingly well made fingerless gloves.

Warm gloves, comfortable material and nice to wear, fingers are long enough to protect most of the finger whilst leaving the tips exposed for functionality. Only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the finish. The ends of the fingers are quite raggedy and I’m not sure how long before they unravel a bit. But I may just be being picky and they might be fine in the long term. Overall good for the price.
