Someone was kind enough to answer my question about the thread pitch of the flange holes: M3-0.5Also the distance between the two most opposite flange holes is 19mm center to center. And, the distance between to adjacent flange holes is 9mm center to center (12 outer to outer and 6 inner to inner).This works great for my project :)

Bought 2 packs, so 4 pieces. The M3 threads were fine, however the center inner diameterwas snake than 6mm on 3 of the 4. Would not fit on a 6mm axel for 2 different motor. Had to turn. Other than the fit, build quality seemed ok. Unfortunate that the i.d. was an eliminating factor.
