I always use this incense to give a nice odor in the house... I even bring it on holidays and burn the incense if the room is musty...

Online it is described as a blend of high sandalwood, jasmine, and vanilla extract. I think the description is fairly accurate but the description alone does not do justice to this Bharath Darshan incense by Asoka Trading Co. One has to burn this incense to appreciate it fully. It burns clean by the way, something I was not expecting. I can barely detect smoke odor although smoke is an integral part of the ritual of burning incense and I would always want some smoke to be there when I burn my incenses. I cannot believe I have gotten 120 sticks at this price. I think my search for the perfect incense is over. I have a few incenses that are my absolute favorites. With this Bharath Darshan my incense collection is complete. I hope Amazon will continue to sell it forever. And thank you Asoka for manufacturing this marvel!

The fragrance is incredible. Got hooked on these when I was in SE Asia. Got home to find they are hard to get here. They do seem to burn faster the the ones i was using in SE Asia. It's the shipping cost that make then overpriced and its to bad because they have such a relaxing smell. If I could find then closer to home I would buy a truck load.UPDATE JUNE 23, 2023 NOW FREE SHIPPINGNot sure why or how long it will last but today I noticed I could reorder and shipping was free.
