La meilleure poudre de caroube bio de toutes celles que j’ai achetées. Pas de saveur édulcorée comme Cibo Crudo, sans goût d’amertume en fin de bouche comme La Compagnie des Sens et pas du tout chimiquement transformée comme Biojoy. En plus, le paquet de 1 kg est à un prix avantageux.

I bought this with plans to make a carob drink, but it did not turn out well at all. The taste was very light and bland, not like fresh carob nibs at all. Poor value for money. I am not familiar with other uses of carob powder so I cannot comment on its quality in those aspects, but it is not suitable for making a delicious and refreshing carob drink.
