Great peel, pizza doesn’t get stuck when putting in the Ooni!

This is a nice & sturdy pizza paddle board (& can be used for serving other foods too! Though I wouldn't use it fir cutting).. it's sturdy & smooth. It hasn't been polished though I'd personally oil it either done olive oil for better durability. But it's a reasonably good quality wood.This is a great way to serve pizza but the size is too small for large pizzas, it's about right fur serve small to medium pizzas.
