Bosch Professional 18V System accuschroefklopboormachine GDR 18V-215 (incl. L-BOXX, zonder accu/oplader)

Ich kann mit dem Schlagschrauber überhaupt keine Schrauben bündig einschrauben und ich mache solche Arbeiten täglich.Die automatischen Stop Funktionen bei Holz oder Metall haben wirklich nicht 1x funktioniert.Der ganze Schlag ist eine Katastrophe, viel zu Grob. Hat mehr die Eigenschaften von einem KFZ Schlagschrauber oder Radmuttenlöser.Beispiel. 5mm starke Schrauben in Fichte/Lärche Kantholz.Der Schrauber ist anfangs sehr schnell und dreht bis zu einem gewissen Wiederstand ohne Schlag wie ein normaler Akkuschrauber und dann setzt der Schlag ein , soweit so gut und dann kommt die Katastrophe, sobald man dann zu dem Punkt kommt wo man die Schraube plan setzen will und man langsamer werden möchte funktioniert nichts mehr.Der Schrauber hört entweder ganz auf oder gibt Vollgas und sobald er mal gestoppt hat und man will die Schraube noch ein paar Millimeter tiefer schrauben und man drückt den Taster nur leicht ratscht er auch durch und der Schlag greift erst gar nicht wenn man die Schraube noch fein reindrehen will kann man dann nur Vollgas geben damit der Schlag wieder greift und dann versenkt er die Schraube komplett unkontrolliert oder eben dann gleich viel zu tief.Für mich als Bautischler der zb. Gartenzäune und Holzschallungen auf Sicht verschraubt, damit alle Schrauben schön Plan sind eine Ding der Unmöglichkeit.Das ist eventuell was für einen Zimmermann wo es egal ist ob die Schraube mal mehr oder weniger tief drinn ist.Ich kann nur glauben das ich einen defekten Schrauber bekommen habe denn ich arbeite seit Jahren mit einem Makita Schlagschrauber und mit dem kann ich jede Schraube egal ob 3mm oder 6mm stärke exakt plan setzen.Da kann ich langsamer werden , nachschrauben und fein justieren genau mit der Geschwindigkeit die ich am Taster drücke und der Schlag greift auch immer bei minimaler Betätigung des Tasters und bei dem Bosch geht das " Alles" nicht.Ich bin gerade komplett Ratlos was für einen Zweck dieses Gerät erfüllen soll und ich arbeite täglich mit solchen Geräten.Ich werde denn Schrauber zurück senden und kann nur noch auf den ebenfalls neuen 220er zurückgreifen und hoffen das der wenigstens normal zu bedienen ist.Wie gesagt ich glaube das meiner einen Fehler hat und will Bosch nicht schlecht reden denn mit allem anderen von Bosch bin ich mehr als zufrieden und es kann auch sein das alle anderen normal funktionieren.Nachtrag: habe jetzt den 220er und der ist wie Tag und Nacht im Vergleich zum 215er.Der 220er ist Präzise reagiert auf jeden Tastendruck und Schrauben können in jeder Geschwindigkeit nach justiert werden und somit exat Plan gesetzt werden.Schlag und Drehwirkung greift immer und sofort.Mein Gedanke215er für Plumpe Arbeiten220er für exaxte Arbeiten auch für Tischler Zimmerer und feine Arbeiten.

Firstly, I love the L-BOXX If you remove all the liner its got loads of storage for batteries and bits, it also stacks with other L-BOXX's and fits well. The only annoyance with the box is the handle can be tricky to lift up.Drives screws and hanger bolts with ease, Very easy to snap a head off if left driving for too long! But it is easy to control.Task lights on the front end are great and i haven't had a tool that has such good lighting, normally it ends up blocked, but thanks to this having multiple lights you can easily see whats happening in dark tight spaces.With a low AH battery its an amazing compact driver that is easy to carry up a ladder.The driver is not cheap, but it is very well made, from a great brand, as a home DIY'er it would be overkill, but if you need a dependable tool it ticks all the boxes!

A very well made bit of kit, very light to handle and compact enough that it will get into most spaces that other brand models wont. Holds all bits well without any vibration or wobble due to ends not seating correctly in the driver. It works well driving into wood and metal.The L-Boxx is very well made also and in line with many other big brands the box can be connected to other L-Boxx tool kits so they are easily kept together for transporting or storage. A moulded insert contains only the impact driver (no batteries or charger with this version) but the insert is moulded to hold both batteries and charger should you have your own.One fault I found, when trying to fix the belt clip/holder to the side of the impact driver, the captive nut set into the body popped out as tried threading the screw, this nut is now rattling around inside the handle. It means I can only have the belt clip on one side and unable to attach any bit holders to the other. For a tool of this quality and price I would expect these be solid captive nuts.The only other fault with these impact drivers, but like many other big and small brand models so I won't fault just Bosch, they don't have a torque setting. The driver has an impact rating of 215NM, but what if you need to torque something at 150NM, come on Bosch, be the first to have a torque setting so I can ditch the torque wrench.All in, it is a very good model that works well, small niggly things like the captive nut doesn't take anything away from the quality and longevity of the brand and tool itself.

There really isn’t much to this, you’re ultimately getting the impact driver body and a large rugged L-BOXX, which arrived sealed with a security sticker. Inside the box you’ll find the tool, a belt hanging clip and the usual printed paperwork placed into a removable moulded plastic insert.The impact driver lives up to the expected quality of a Bosch professional (blue-line) power tool, the body is moulded from the distinctive blue plastic covered with softer & grippy rubber overmoulded sections that make it comfortable and easy to hold onto. Like any power tool it has a certain amount of weight to it, but it’s a small and very well-balanced tool that doesn’t feel particularly draining to use over and over for driving screws into a variety of materials.It’s certainly far more convenient to use when compared to a combi drill and it has more than enough torque and is consistently able to drive in long deck screws, timberloks and lag bolts into a variety of timber thicknesses in seconds. It’s not going to win any speed records but it’s very consistent from use to use and if it’s as well-built as my other blue line Bosch tools it’ll continue to do so for years and years.The auto mode is surprisingly useful as it helps to prevent you from over-doing any fasteners as the tool will automatically sense the increased resistance and cut the power without any reaction from the user. The auto reverse mode isn’t quite as useful as I'm generally just putting fasteners into wood or metal with an impact driver but having the feature to slow-start in reverse is helpful for when you’re in awkward spaces or at arm’s length with the tool as it’s easier to control.My only real complaint with the Bosch cordless tools is the fact that the green line and blue line 18V batteries aren’t interchangeable which may catch people off-guard. You’d expect that when you’re staying within the same brand that your 18V green rechargeable batteries would work with the 18V blue tools, but that’s not the case. If you’re already invested into the green-line tools you’ll need to purchase different batteries and a charger specific to these professional tools.They’ve been pretty clear about this being a bare tool with no bells and whistles, the product images clearly have a faded battery and there is no mention of an included battery or charger in the written description, so that’s fair enough. If you’re not already invested into the Bosch battery system then expect to pay anything from £80-£250 for a battery & charger starter set, depending on the exact model, the number of batteries and their capacity. To be fair the individual 5ah batteries are fairly well priced when compared to some other big-name brands at £50ish. So despite the lack of cross-compatibility with the green and blue tools it’s not a huge out-lay to get a battery and charger for the blue line.Overall I have no issues with this impact driver and it’s a fantastic tool for the £146.63 asking price at the time of writing. I’ve got no concerns or issues recommending it as long as you’re aware of the fact that you’ll have to use the Professional versions of the Bosch batteries and chargers.
