The screen looks good and easy to replace, but the screen heats up and since replacing, the battery is draining fast. I'll need to buy another one... waste of money, time and waste of materials. Please improve or stop producing this defective screen.

I ordered a replacement screen for an iPhone XR. It arrived the next day not only was the screen in there, but also a nice screen protector but also a set of tools and very detailed instructions step-by-step on how to properly and carefully replace the screen. I was surprised at how thorough the instructions were, and how easily they broke down each step of every detail you don’t have to have any experience or knowledge of electronics or tools, or anything to be able to do this when you have directions like that! Even the little tool set was much nicer than I expected!

My son isn't always careful with his phone and really broke it resulting in the whole screen getting smashed. I still don't know how he dropped it down a 2 story stairwell at school, but that is another story.I was looking for a good replacement that was more cost effective and ended up getting this screen. While it's not completely like it was before (OLED), it's at least as good as the other Apple LCD screen devices which at this point is fine for my son's phone.He hasn't noticed any real difference in battery life either, which I was concerned about given that I wasn't sure how the screen compared to the OEM apple one with regards to lighting efficiency.Overall a good value if you are in need of a replacement and can DIY. I've never changed out a phone's screen before and I was able to do it after watching the video and following the instructions.Thanks to Brinonac for making such an alternative available!
