I recently purchased this BRITA water filter, which fits perfectly in the door of my refrigerator. The filter is easy to install and replace. The taste of the tap water has improved significantly, however in my opinion Berkey filtered tap water tastes even better, but does not fit in my refrigerator door.Looking at quality and convenience this water filter is great value for the price.

I have written the same in the review of spare filters: it really works. Water simply tastes better. I originally bought it to use with a humidifier, but instead I drink the water. Tap water turns into… I never actually tried Evian, but it just turns into very nice water. The difference is minor, but just right, it doesn’t taste like tap water anymore.The meter on top is actually misleading, because it’s a timer. I don’t replace the filters when it tells me to, but on the first day of the month, or later if I haven’t actually been at home, haven’t used the filter, and it says I have totally overused it and it must be replaced immediately. Which is not unlike printers do with toner. I just reset it (hold the button for a few seconds, done).Well, this was a very eloquent way of saying I would buy it again, but so far don’t need to – the quality is good, it’s sturdy, and I’m going to grab a glass of water.

I’ve been using Brita products for almost 10 years, and I must say I love them. The jar works very well with replaceable filters, providing great-tasting filtered water. The only downside is that the jar itself tends to look very dirty after 2-3 years, despite regular cleaning, and I end up needing to replace it. Still, it's a reliable product overall, and I’m happy with the water quality it delivers.

Good price for quality, and comes with the 3 filters. It looks nice, maybe not the sturdiest, but does the job. The digital display is a nice touch, tells you when to change the filter. Came well packaged.

All is good, water doesn’t taste as nice as from big bottle water resellers but it works for me (I’m in Dubai).One out of 6 filters came broken, I only realized it now when I was about to change the filter for the first time but I can’t ask for a partial refund anymore.Check all the filters right when you receive them.

I made sure that the dimensions were ok for my fridge door bay before purchasing. Now, I only drink or cook with water that has gone through this. And, taste the difference!! Wow! It's like spring water. There is a slight reduction in that as the 4 weeks draw to a close, but then the cartridge is changed shortly after. The setup process and subsequent cartridge changes is straightforward. The 4-weekly countdown feature is invaluable. The weight of jug and a full water fill isn't too much, and I'm a wheelchair user. I originally only bought this to use in my Creatista Pro (Nespresso coffee pod machine) but now use for all tap water use. The kit comes with 6 cartridges, recycling at Sainsbury's, and I have one one to insert before deciding where to buy more from...
