I thought it was worth the money to get a decent cage that was bigger but also that was designed specifically for small animals. This cage is well designed in that the top opening and front openings are large enough to enable cleaning in any part of the cage. It's also well ventilated and the base seems sturdy.Mine was supplied with a missing part - one of the clips for the front opening door. Without this the cage is unusable because the door is flexible enough, without one of these, for a hamster to escape, which greatly defeats the purpose. I would give it 4 stars if it had come with all the pieces needed to put it together. For the price I expect to get what I ordered and don't feel it's acceptable to have to chase down missing parts. I have emailed Bucastate directly because it's impossible to contact them via Amazon or to report missing pieces.The instructions say it's a 2 person job and I think that's accurate. Two of us made short work of sliding all the panels in. As other reviewers have said, it really is worth the time to go around the seals with the piece of acrylic that's included. I didn't skip this step and sliding the panels in was easy as a result. However, as I went around doing this, the seals slipped more to one side than another and were impossible to move back so I had to cut off some of the ends of the seals to put the corner pieces on. It struck me as I was doing this that perhaps it could have been manufactured better to make this step redundant. Most of the cage came together in 30 mins, but it took over 30 mins to get the lid on, it just seemed the cage wasn't square. I had to loosen all the corner pieces from the bottom and that still didn't help. Three corners of the lid went in just fine but the final corner just wouldn't budge. I had to Jimmie the final corner in with a screwdriver which wasn't ideal. Luckily nothing broke in this process.Even after it was all put together it still doesn't feel that sturdy, the front and back bow slightly and move. However it does feel sturdy enough for the job. I'm hoping that with the bedding in it will have a bit more structual integrity. I think I would have preferred thicker and more rigid perspex for at least the front and back. The sides seem fine and this is likely because they are shorter.The door in the front panel seems easy enough to open and close and it will be easy to do so quietly. The top lids are a lot heavier and it's not really possible to open and close them without noise. If noise levels are important to you then I think there's a way to use this quietly enough to not cause a problem.Overall it will be a fine cage if the missing piece is supplied, if not then it's an obscene amount of money to spend on something that's not fit for purpose and will have to be doctored to be useable.Update:Bucastate did send a replacement part for the enclosure door. They didn't just send the part, they sent quite a few spare bits which will no doubt come in handy. So for that I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars.

Ich bin sehr glücklich, zwei dieser tollen Gehege mit den Maßen 120x60x60 erworben zu haben.Die Anleitung war ausreichend detaillierte und der Aufbau einigermaßen reibungslos. Das knifflige ist tatsächlich, dass man die Gummidichtungen mit dem mitgelieferten Werkzeug soweit präpariert, dass man die Plexiglascheiben exakt einpassen kann. Gelingt dies nicht, ist entsprechend Spannung auf den Plexiglasscheiben. Wenn man beim Aufbau genügend Zeit und Geduld mitbringt, ist das aber gut machbar.Ein großer Pluspunkt ist in meinen Augen das sehr leichte Gewicht. Gleichzeitig sind die Materialien robust und gut verarbeitet. Die Möglichkeit, das Gehege vorne und oben zu öffnen macht es sehr angenehm es einzurichten bzw. zu reinigen. Auch für den Hamster ist es deutlich stressfreier, dass msn von vorne öffnen kann.Etwas schade findet ich, dass man die obere Abdeckung des unteres Geheges nicht mehr öffnen kann, wenn man die beides Gehege mit den separat bestellbaren Verbindungsstücken verbindet.Da es sich um Plexiglas handelt, hatte sich bei mir während des Einrichtens die vordere Platte elektrostatisch aufgeladen und somit das umliegende Streu angezogen. Aber das hat Plexiglas so an sich. Dafür ist das Gehege wieder gesagt sehr leicht.Abgesehen davon bin ich sehr begeistert und zufrieden. Meine Zwerghamster fühlen sich auch wohl. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Really spacious and sturdy cage. it's honestly just a good quality cage. You have to be careful with the panels because they scratch easily and make sure to have a second person helping you to assemble it especially for the 120cm one. I assembled the enclosure by myself which took around 3 hours and a lot of sweating.The cage is heavy but packaged nicely. Unfortunately the back panel had a huge crack right in the middle so I couldn't use it. It must have happened before they packaged it because the panels lay between the bottom and the top pieces- Amazon only offered me a full refund if I send the cage back. That wasn't an option for me because it's simply too heavy for me to carry 3 floors up and down, it also wouldn't really fit in my car because it's quite small.I contacted BUCATSTATE directly, they got back to me within a day. They wanted me to make sure it's really the back panel that's broken, after confirming that they sent a new one out to me free of charge. The panel arrived within 4 days max, well packaged so nothing could happen this time.I have 4 stars because the cage is HUGE, see thru and of good quality, but hard to assemble and heavy.Would definitely buy again, if you have the money go for it!

This is hands-down the best hamster cage I’ve ever owned. It’s super spacious, well-designed, and actually looks good in my room (which is saying a lot for a hamster setup). My little fluff ball has tons of room to run, burrow, and explore—total upgrade from the cramped cages at most pet stores.One piece did arrive cracked, which was a bummer at first—but Bucatstate’s customer service was amazing. I reached out and they responded quickly, sending a replacement part without any hassle. Huge bonus points for that.Assembly was pretty straightforward, ventilation is great, and cleaning is way easier than I expected. If you want to treat your hamster right, this is absolutely worth it.
