Deze melkchocolade Callets van Callebaut hebben een cacaopercentage van 33,6%. De chocoladedruppels zijn geschikt om te smelten. Met een standaard vloeibaarheid van 3 druppels is dit een van Callebaut's meest allround chocolades. Ideaal als je op zoek bent naar chocolade voor allerlei toepassingen. Van mixen en op smaak brengen tot enroberen, mouleren, coaten en glaceren. De rijke cacaosmaak is uitgebalanceerd en romig met een vleugje karamel.

I bought this to make hot chocolates and mochas with, after reading other reviews I opted for this 1kg bag instead of the 400g bag since many people mentioned it was worth it. And it was. It took me about a month to finish this bag, and while I made several hot chocolates I mostly just ate the chocolate pellets as they were. The chocolate is super delicious and very creamy. I'm sure it will be great for making chocolate chip cookies or melting it and using it for other baked goods as well.

De chocolade was een harde stuk blokje, dus niet kleine stukjes zoals het hoort namelijk 😞

Alle callets zijn als één groot blok versmolten. Worden dus niet goed koel bewaard.
