This is my first hydration backpack and I was concerned whether it annoys me by bouncing around. I was positively surprised how comfortable is is. It has adjustable straps that you can adjust while running to find the best fit for you. Filling and cleaning is easy too. It has compartments for your gels, phone, keys and things that you want to bring on a long run.I did wear it for Half Marathon recently and no bother at all (well at least I can't blame the backpack ;-).I do recommend this for long runs.

One of the best running vests out there. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars: The predecessor had a slightly better weight distribution to hold the water bladder.
