This is a cheap alternative to the (less good) smallrig shoulder pad and the (much better) Tilta Lightweight shoulder rig.Here's the pro:- Cheap- Functional- Does what it's supposed to doHere's the cons:- Not all the holes in the cheeseplate are tapped. This means half of the holes are useless for attaching stuff to- The shoulder pad is straight. That's a bad thing because your shoulder isn't so if you let it really rest on your shoulder, the whole rig is off by about 15 degrees. But - if you set your monitor up so it's level with the camera, then you should be able to adjust for it (or set up the horizon in your monitor)- The straps that attached the padding to the shoulder rest interfere if you want to mount a cheese plate on top of the shoulder rig. For full comfort and to get the best angle possible, I want to mount the camera right next to my ear (so the weight fully rests on my shoulder) and to the right since my camera (BMPCC 6K) is a little wide and I don't want the cables to stick in my ear or side of the head all the time.So for the price, definitely worth buying.

It works fine. But I prefer to have more flat cushion. It would be more stable.
