This is a high quality sports top, intended for rugby but suitable for running and other sports. It fits well, is well made and is high-wicking. The design won't suit everyone - the horizontal stripes create the perception of wideness but that is not unhelpful in rugby. This jersey is made from 100% Polyester, has a Vapodri finish to keep you cool and comfortable whilst training on pitch. The fabric used is durable, can be machine washed and appears to be well made. I would say this more for leisure, training and general exercise use rather than playing a real rugby match. Quite a slim fit. I ordered Large (normally Extra Large fits me) and this was just right. Recommended.The top brand for rugby shirts in my opinion. Can't go really wrong with Canterbury .

First thing you'll realise when you get this shirt is how well made it is and the quality of the fabric is second to none.The material feels quite thick so I was interested to see how it stood up to a hot day of playing sports. I was pleased with how it performed and despite being thick it wicked away sweat and kept me cool. It feels lightweight when worn and didn't seem to absorb any sweat and get heavier which is a flaw in some sports shirts.The fit is an athletic fit so if you're looking for comfort I'd probably size up. The shirt washes well and retains its shape even after going through the tumble dryer.This is a perfect shirt for sports or even for casual wear as it looks great and has a really nice fit.At the time of writing the large is just over £17 which is amazing value for money. Quality from Canterbury as to be expected.

Heavy in weight compared to an average top of the same dimesions and with thicker fabric this rugby top is sure to handle rough and tumble! Surprisingly, despite the thicker fabric it's extrememly breathable, even on a very hot day. I've included photos of my partner wearing this top, he usually wears a size medium in other clothes but it turns a large in Canterbury clothes fits him incredibly well and comfortably. The way this top is shaped is very complimentary, slim fit but not so slim it clings to, say the tummy area. The length is also very flattering and ensures no builders bottoms are out on display whilst bending or playing rugby.Whilst this is a rugby top, it's just so fashionable too! Even for those who don't play rugby, it is very attractive and stylish and made to last!!! Whether for rugby, the gym or fashion alone, if the style appeals, you can't go wrong with purchasing this.
