Cap Barbell Olympische Valstang, Hex Bar, Shrug en Deadlift

Really heavy duty bit of kit. Very happy with my purchase I found it much easier than deadlifting no back issues. freed up my Olympic bar for benching. Not difficult to put together just don't get the bolts mixed up. Really glad I got this when I did & at that price. Pukka.

I would 100% recommend this to any home gym. Love that it's raised so that I can a higher grip and the feet means that I can slide on weights while it's standing on its feet. You can do smaller weights too without having to go lower (ie if you have back or knee problems).I was skeptical because it looked dodgy, but it's much nicer than the photos. Very impressed. Someone mentioned there wasn't enough room to grip, but there plenty (I think they had missing pieces?). While there is no knurling on the grip, it does have some texture and is not completely smooth.When tightening the bolts, the feet ended up wobbly the first time. But after loosening and re-tightening while putting pressure on the correct spots it's perfectly flat.On sale or was $aud 108, which is crazy cheap. Can't even get a second hand for that price. And for me at least, this is so much better than a stand trap bar for a home gym. If you are doing 400 pound deadlifts, get a proper bar obviously. But for everyone else, get this one.
