Carbon Fiber Insoles arrived packaged well and without damage. They are easy to trim to fit your shoes and stay put once installed. The arch support is good, my heel pain went away. Unfortunately for me, since I'm diabetic, this caused more pressure on the balls of my feet and the insoles did not work for me. I can see how people with different issues would benefit greatly with using these supports.
