This water dispenser looks fantastic in a modern kitchen and has a compact, convenient size. However, the temperature settings are not accurate, even after calibrating it twice. When set to 100°C, it only reaches 88°C, and the same goes for 90°C. Even the 70°C setting goes to 77°C – not exactly reliable.Additionally, when using the water filter, the machine already signals for a refill when just the inner tray is empty. While the capacity is advertised as 2.7 liters, it’s practically empty after just 1.2 liters.Although I have previously owned a water dispenser from a different brand, I never measured the water temperature before, so I’m not sure if this discrepancy is a common issue. However, after reading several reviews on the topic, I decided to check, and the difference is noticeable.I’ll have to settle for it, but it’s certainly disappointing.

Habe mir das Gerät in erster Linie für die Zubereitung von qualitativ hochwertigem, losem Tee gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Insbesondere mein Grüntee, den ich jeden Morgen genieße, schmeckt viel besser durch das gefiltert und entsprechend temperierte Wasser.Insgesamt trinke ich jetzt mehr Tee, da es so einfach ist diesen entsprechend der Sorte aufzugießen.Habe mich bewusst für diese Variante entschieden, da die Favoritenfunktion auch ohne Strom gespeichert bleibt (Funksteckdose) und kein lästiger Kinderschutz vorhanden ist (brauche ich nicht).Zur Haltbarkeit des Filters kann ich noch nichts sagen.

I’ve waited a few weeks before submitting review of this product because I wanted to see if it would make me want to bin my kettle. I bought this for my elderly dad as his hands are quite shaky now and he’s a tea jenny, so kettle was on regularly and I worried he was going to scald himself. I trawled the internet looking at the various hot water dispensers and it all came down to two niggles for me - do you actually get boiling water like you do from a kettle and can you fill a big old mug. Many products claim to give boiling water but few deliver, based on the feedback from buyers.I found this product and it appeared to be the one. There were enough reviews that gave me confidence in the temperature of the water and it had various cup sizes plus a free flow option. Boxes ticked!It’s a lovely looking machine, takes up little space on my kitchen worktop - probably a bit more than a kettle but not excessively. It is used on average 10-12 times throughout the day. My dad loves it - it’s set to 350ml which fills his mug perfectly. He just needs to press one button and within seconds he has a steaming hot cup of tea.I use it for things like gravy granules, or boiling veg and am really impressed with its simplicity and functionality.I would highly recommend this product. We love it, we use it a lot and guess what I did today? I got rid of my kettle! Well, I stored it in the shed…. you know, just in case!

Great machine. Delivers right amount of water at the temperature I set in super quick time. Our coffee tastes better since we got this I think because of the water filter. It's easy to use and once setup easy to use. We were a bit confused to start with as we found 2 small pieces of plastic inside the water container as when first setting it up had a permanent low water warning then realised the plastic bits that luckily we hadn't thrown in the bin were infact the little water float that fit in a small plastic moulding inside the tank and this must be a magnetic float as then the low water warning went away.

Habe meiner Frau (leidenschaftliche Teetrinkerin (ich nicht ;-) ) das Gerät zum Hochzeitstag geschenkt.Ich konnte an ihrem Gesichtsausdruck ihre Gedanken erkennen: "Was schenkt der mir da wieder für unnützes Zeug...".Aber bereits nach ein paar Stunden war sie begeistert und würde den Heißwasserspender wohl jetzt nicht mehr hergeben... ;-)Nach ihrer Aussage schmeckt der Tee durch die Filterung des Wassers jetzt auch viel besser, die Zubereitung geht bedeutend schneller (sonst mit normalem Wasserkocher) und dürfte auch einiges an Energie sparen, da nur die wirklich benötigte Wassermenge erhitzt wird.Meine Frau steht mit Technik eigentlich ein bisschen auf dem Kriegsfuß, aber dieser Heißwasserspender ist auch für sie ohne Probleme zu bedienen...Ein voller Erfolg, würde ich sagen... :-)

Lovely machine, easy to use once I’d peeled the label off of the display area. Really fast and efficient.Be aware it takes a little while for the tank to fill as the water needs to go through the filter system.
