We bought one to see how well it would work and it worked great. Thought we might like an auto feeder with a camera, so we attempted to try another brand that was impossible to connect to wifi. We returned that other brand and ended up buying two more of this one. I love how easy it was to set up and install the app, connecte to wifi was super easy compared to other brands. The app is simple and straight forward on setting up a schedule with portions and meal times. No longer need to worry about being home on time to feed our fur babies or them having to wait for us to get home from work. I love this product so much. I only wish this company made a model that has a built in camera as well and a multi pet model.

I bought this in 2023 ? and still love it! I originally bought it for my previous cat (rip Mio I had difficulties setting it up with the wifi both times (I moved since); I had to watch YouTube videos and try multiple times until it worked (about an hour each time!). . But at the end it was worth it; we like it! I have a new cat now, and she never meows at me because she knows that it's the machine that feeds her, and she KNOWS her schedule; she is around the machine a few minutes before it is supposed to give her food!!Things I like:- It's easy to refill- I love that the bowl part AND the stainless steel part are both removable; I can wash the stainless steel part so easily in a minute!- I love that you can turn off the feature where a portion is given when pushing the nose button; my cat figured it out in minutes!- It's about the app, but I like that you can connect many distributors at once. I babysat a cat, and he also had the machine it was really easy. My girlfriend also has one for her cat (we live in different cities), and when she's off grid or if there is an emergency, I can send food to her cat. And many people can control the same machine! So now I'm still connected to the machine of the cat I babysitted, and I can see when her meal is served; I love it ahahah - Talking of that, I like that you can call the machine like you want and receive a message when the portion is served; mine is called Miam Miam. So I received "miam miam: the meal has been served.- It tells you when the food is getting low- Other machines you can only schedule one portion at a time. I like that I can give, let's say, 2 portions at 6:30 am then many 1 portion at different time in the day, and for the last one later in the day I can give 3 portions at the same timeThough I wish they were those missing features:- Being able to change schedules depending on the day of the week- Being able to cancel the schedule for a day or a few- being able to put bigger dry foodI love it!!! You can definitely find it on marketplace for cheaper; I saw so many people selling it. ;)
