I set up the tent in my living room to see how easy and quickly it was. Without the challenges of any outdoor elements, it took 15 minutes. Add another 10 minutes to set the tie downs, unless your setting it up for a second time because your tie downs will already be attached. It may be a ggood idea to attach them during your test setup. It took 17 minutes to take down and pack it back in the storage bag. It is very roomy without the interior sleeve. Plenty of room for 2 people and 2 dogs.
