This is easy to make and a very healthy option if you fancy a little hot something instead of a cuppa in the daytime.Tasty and savory when prepped with hot water from the kettle. I really like it.Also a good broth base for preparing ramen dishes.

Absolutely delicious, very creamy and under 40 calories a mug. So easy to pop into my bag and take to work, its doing a great job of stopping my cravings for biscuits etc. Wouldn't be without it now.

A familiar favourite, but too expensive. Will order direct from clearspring, when can make up a bulk order. And terms of amazon groceries, which was cheaper are annoying.
