Oh dear. I got into Miso soup because I keep getting lower abdominal pain. I felt like maybe it was dirviticulitis and I know the hospital are rubbish at finding things so I changed diet straight away. Now I used a brand from the local coop and it really surprised and delighted me so I decided to try this brand but it's bland, not too easy to mix and well,,,it doesn't taste nice which is a pretty important point really.
