The zipper breaks easily. Okish as a packing cube but not ok as a compression cube.

Definitely makes packing maximum amount of clothes for long trip easier. Compress the air out. Let's you get more clothes in. For overnight or 2 night trips, I don't bother with these. For longer trips I've come to depend on these. Set came with 5 pieces, 6 if you count the tiny stuff bag which I use for socks or hosiery. Not sure what the intended purpose of that tiny drawstring bag was for, but it's useful for socks. Or maybe it could be used to corral charging cords, or for jewelry so clothes don't get snags. One item is not compressible...the toiletry bag. It's still a nice bonus. I like that it has a hook on it so it can hang on the back of a door & unfold downward so all toiletries are hanging in plain view.

Somehow these really do make packing (and unpacking) SO much easier and I could fit so much more in my suitcases than I usually can. 100% worth it

As someone who has struggled well into the late hours on the night before a flight to get everything I need to fit into my suitcase, I am pleased with this product. I kind of see these as packing cubes on steroids. They obviously provide the same functionality as traditional packing cubes, being able to segregate and consolidate items together within the suitcase, but these take it an important step further. An extra zipper is designed into the circumference of the cube, so that after it is fully loaded, I must carefully close the outer zipper, a little bit at a time. Granted, it certainly gets a lot harder as you near completion, but, in effect, it is forcing you to manually and efficiently condense the contents within the packing cubes, which the zippers will then keep in place. I ambitiously overloaded the largest, packing cube, putting more clothes in it than I thought would fit. To my surprise, the cube was still able to accommodate all of the clothes. Granted, the end product looked a little bit like a football, but with regard to efficient packing…that is “mission accomplished” as it will take up much less space in my suitcase. The attached photographs show the chronology of the steps involved with using one of the packing cubes, clearly illustrating that the finished product takes up less space. Overall, I think this is a great idea, and a viable way to efficiently fit everything I need into a suitcase.

"Please. Have mercy. i’ve been wearing the same underwear since Tuesday."Let's get one thing out of the way. The Anjing Compression Packing Cubes is a five piece set, not six. The pictures in the product listing need updating. Not included in my sample was the toiletry bag shown in the breakdown of the pieces in the product description image. Other than the shoe bag and the storage bag, all other packing cubes are expandable via zippers like those on luggages. I've a couple of other sets of generic packing cubes and this one feels a little bit sturdier than those. It may be becasuse of the extra zipper or the material is ever so slightly thicker. The stitching is good overall but there were more dangling and loose threads than I would've liked. The zippers are ok. They are not the smoothest nor are they hard to pull. I was not expecting high quality zippers for this price. I wouldn't man-handle these zippers, but they should be fine for general use. At lease for a couple of trips. These came too late for my last trip and they did not get the Gorilla Luggage Handler Treatment. The expandable cubes in this set will expand to hold more items per cube than ones I already own. The one feature missing that I would've liked are interior straps to keep clothing items in place like those found in luggages. My other packing cubes have those and I think they'll keep everything neater.

First, there are only 3 packing cubes which are small, medium and large. The other accessories that come with the cubes are a hanging toiletry bag, a Shoe bag and an electronics drawstring bag. Okay, so on the cubes… They are a soft but durable material along with some mesh for airflow. Zipper pulls are long and easy to use, including the compression zipper.I have 4 shirts in the small and 2 jackets and a pair of jeans in the medium, I am not using the large because it is too big. Just for reference, I am a 2XL in women’s clothing and a size 8 shoe in women’s. I do not think that any person with a shoe size bigger than a women’s size 10-11 will fit their shoes in the shoe bag.Now for the compression part…The packing cube with the Jackets and jeans uncompressed is about 3.5 inches. Once compressed, it became approximately 2 inches. These save a lot of space and allow you to pack more for a trip. They also help keep things organized, which allows better tracking of your travel items. Great cubes!
