Absolutely dangerous. Fuse "half blew" allowing current and resistance to the lug before the fuse which overheated the connection melting the housing and almost causing a fire. I would not recommend these cheap fuses. I almost lost the vehicle. Spend a bit more on a quality fuse or circuit breaker or risk your equipment burning down.

I was using these between terminals with no added support I have broken at least two so far before blowing them out. So if using these definitely make sure they are in some sort of holder. Otherwise I'm assuming they are actually rated for 80A and not just stamped aluminum.
