I have searched, and purchased, a number of short sleeve base layer shirts looking for one that had a compression fit but was not overly constrictive or limited my arm movements too much. This Craft product finally hits the mark for me. The shirt is made of a breathable material and while it has compression it is definitely not overly tight, and in the under-arm area it does not pinch or restrict my ability to move my arms during daily workouts with weights. As mentioned in the title--I consider this to be a good middle ground. If you are someone looking for a compression shirt that will alter your body shape this is probably not the product for you. The fit seems true to size--I am wearing a small and am 5'7", 116 pounds and the shirt fits great. I have now purchased several of these, (as well as the long sleeve base layer version) and am very pleased with them thus far. I highly recommend them.

Not having used a Craft item before, I was apprehensive, but was immediately relieved when I opened the package and saw the quality. Even better was the fit and, especially, the length of the back. I am now recently an ex-cyclist but the length of this garment would be perfect for cycling, in fact better than any I have had over the past 30 years.
