I recently purchased the Ender 3 Neo, expecting a quality 3D printer, but was met with numerous issues right out of the box. Firstly, the nozzle presented major functional problems, significantly hindering its performance. Additionally, the printer arrived with visible scrapes, suggesting poor handling or packaging.The quality of the components was also subpar. The wheels were damaged, which is unacceptable for a brand-new product. This kind of wear and tear is something I would expect from a used item, not something sold as new.Another significant issue was the absence of a step motor. This omission is a critical oversight as the step motor is essential for the printer's operation. I had to use an old step motor I previously purchased, which was an unexpected and inconvenient additional step.Overall, my experience with the Ender 3 Neo was highly disappointing. The combination of damaged parts, missing components, and overall poor quality control significantly detracted from the value of this product. I expected much better from a well-known brand in the 3D printing market.

Volendo comprare una stampante 3d per principiante,ho optato per questa.Ero preoccupato per via del montaggio,ma,grazie ai tutorial in youtube,è stato facile.Questa stampante stampa con dettagli pazzeschi:vi allego la foto di un busto indiano fatto con lei.Si puo’ stampare direttamente con scheda sd o dal computer (mac o pc.Io uso Mac).La casa madre consente di scaricare gratuitamente un programma che consente di convertire i comuni files stl in files g.code (i files di questa).Ve la consiglio caldamente! Ci sarà un po’ da lavorare per la giusta regolazione dell’asse z,andrà livellato il piano di stampa con una livella,ma i risultati sono clamorosi! Inoltre stampa un pla molto,ma molto resistente al calore (stampa a 200 gradi).Che altro dire? Buone stampe!

So I originally got the ender 2 pro but that was faulty on arrival so sent that back and got this printer… And wow I’m so impressed with it it prints lovely not to load when printing either !I went into YouTube and got the levelling sorted and perfecto 😁😁I’m so happy

Le résultat est que lorsque que vous imprimer une pièces articulé qui passe par le centre,les pièces au centre ne tiennent pas et tout part en cacaouette.si c'est d'une seul pièces pas de soucis à condition de niveller autour de la pièce, ou imprimé sur les côtés mais jamais au centre.tres déçu pour une première imprimante, je compte en changer rapidement.
