Both inbound and outbound sound clarity is poor, making communication through the camera frustrating and ineffective.Another significant drawback is the camera's frequent false alarms. It often detects human motion inaccurately, leading to unnecessary notifications that can be quite bothersome.Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Ctronics 3G/4G LTE Outdoor Security Camera. Its connectivity issues, poor sound quality, and unreliable motion detection make it challenging to use effectively. Purchased Ctronics camera which I was happy with. However came without SIM card. When contacted Sophie responded immediately and rectified the problem. Sophie went above and beyond the service that I expected. Well done Sophie.

Muy buena cámara de vigilancia que lleva incluida la tarjeta SIM. Muy fácil su instalación y su uso. Además presentan un equipo de postventa que te ayudan e intentan solucionar todo lo posible. En especial mencionar a Sophie que fue quien me ayudó.
