J'utilise cette caméra PTZ CTIPC-590C depuis Mai 2023, elle peut pivoterà 355° horizontalement et 90° verticalement , elle possède un zoom numérique 4x qui permet de zoomer directement sur ce qui nous intéresse, tout en conservant une qualité d’image ultra propre en 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 pixels).Côté connectivité, elle se branche soit en Ethernet (10/100 Mbps), soit en Wi-Fi, elle est compatible 2.4 GHz et 5 GHz.La caméra est dotée d’un slot pour carte micro SD pour enregistrer photos et vidéos localement. On peut ici utiliser une carte jusqu’à 256 Go.Elle possède la vision nocturne avec 12 LED infrarouges et 12 LED projecteurs pour offrir une bonne visibilité, même en pleine nuit.Elle est certifiée IP66, elle est totalement résistante aux intempéries, idéale pour l’intérieur comme pour l’extérieur.J'ai malheureusement rencontré des soucis en Avril 2025 , la caméra ne pivote plus à droite et à gauche , j'ai donc fait appel au SAV C-tronics et j'ai pû échanger avec Echo Li qui m'a envoyé les procédures à réaliser et ma accompagné malheureusement la caméra à malheureusement un soucis .Echo à donc fait le nécessaire afin de prendre en garantie la caméra et m'en faire parvenir une nouvelle.Merci encore à Echo pour ses conseils et ça patience👍

Top qualité, j’en suis trop content

We bought this camera in 2023. The tech support was great to help me hook it up. It worked good until last month when it no longer would work with our router. I contacted the tech support and they sent me instructions that I still couldn't connect to the router. Elnum in the tech support department was very kind and helpful. They ended up sending me a new camera. We really liked the old camera and it worked well for checking our cows in the night time while we were calving. We no longer had to run out in the cold in the middle of the night. We could see when the cow was needing help. I would recommend it to anyone.

Superb camera at a good price backed up with brilliant after sales service. Great picture quality and very easy to use mobile app. I have five of these cameras and one of them went wrong (would not turn left to right). I contacted support and Eric answered my query within 24 hours. After trying to rectify the issue remotely and not being able to, a new camera was despatched within three days of my initial query. The camera arrived three days later. I really cannot fault the service I got - after all things do go wrong and it is how the issues are delat with that is important. Big shout out to Eric who was very responsive and helpful throughout.
