Il est vrai que c’est cher mais c’est de la qualité et l’expédition est rapide. Ces moules sont parfait. Le truc pour pouvoir aisément démouler les cannelés est d’utiliser du gras alimentaire en bombe Ouragan de la marque Ancel fait très bien l’affaire mais il en existe d’autres. Le beurre et l’huile ne fonctionnent pas, ça se démoule très mal avec.

Wanted some Caneles moulds , had the De Buyer silicone ones, but wanted individual so I can spread out in the oven and reduce cold spots. I has previously ordered a De Buyer one, when I saw them again at lowest price ever, I ordered another 5 to make a set of 6. The De Buyer is the one on the left in the picture, it weighs 55 gms. To the right is a Daware (India) one from a set of 4 I ordered, slightly narrower and taller, 65gms. I haven't cooked with them yet, but quality seems the same, the narrower and taller Daware will probably cook a bit quicker due to shape. The Daware has more copper, heavier but same internal volume, but I think they are both great, just do you like made in France or made in India, and buy your moulds from same supplier, the slight variation in shape will lead to different cooking times.
