This DF DIGITALFOTO mini optical snoot come gobo is really compact but it does throw out a good image. It comes in a cardboard box with preformed foam insert - handy for storage purposes - see photos - with three different adaptors for specified manufacturers light units as outlined earlier in the initial specs plus the 19 metal gobo pattern discs. The discs are well made and are precision cut as the patterns are all very even when projected. Once assembled it was testing time. The fact the discs are metal is part of the design as such as there are three miniature, but strong, magnets in both sides of the ‘push me/pull you old type slide projector' design as you can load two, one in either side as preferred. Also being magnetic and circular, you’re not restricted in use as you can turn them around to suit. The overall build quality is first class as it's well designed, compact which can be handy in a mobile situation and due to the lens adjustment, the light pattern can be accustomed to a sharp or out of focus image to suit, although I’m still experimenting but so far quite pleasing with my shots of a ‘gothic’ looking building looking quite impressive - they tell me - with the addition of a couple discs that I feel emphasise the structure.
