An absolute novelty of Agricola Due Vittorie: Dolceto is a white sweet and sour condiment with a part of balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI. Together with the famous Due Vittorie Oro balsamic vinegar of Modena, it is a must have to complete the assortment of fine dressings in your pantry.
It is obtained from a blend of concentrated aromatic and sweet grape must (60%) and fine wine vinegar from Italian agricolture. Its 1.20 density and low acidity make it perfect on fresh salads end fruits
