Mi aspettavo che fosse un po' più rigido, ma non avevo fatto attenzione al fatto che è imbottito da grano saraceno. Ho cominciato a usarlo nella mia pratica yoga, e l'ho trovato utile e funziona molto meglio del cuscinone che usavo prima.
