Mijn ervaring met de UPERFECT monitor en hun klantenservice was buitengewoon positief. Vanaf de bestelling tot de levering verliep alles vlekkeloos. De monitor is van uitstekende kwaliteit; het beeld is helder en scherp, en de voet, waarvan ik aanvankelijk dacht dat hij te fragiel zou zijn, blijkt zeer stabiel. Het formaat is ideaal voor zowel werk als ontspanning. Als tweede scherm tijdens mijn programmeerlessen verhoogt het mijn productiviteit aanzienlijk. Thuis heeft het een vaste plek naast mijn andere monitors. Het apparaat is eenvoudig in te stellen en heeft een strak, minimalistisch ontwerp zonder opdringerige logo's. Bovendien biedt het meer aansluitmogelijkheden dan veel duurdere merken.De superieure klantenservice van UPERFECT is echt uitzonderlijk uniek. Bij vragen naar accessoires reageerde het supportteam begripvol en snel (telkens binnen de 24u), ze boden zelfs oplossingen die mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Dit niveau van klantgerichtheid en zorg is zeldzaam.Dankzij hun hulp ontving ik ook sleeve en USB-C U-turn adapter, die perfect bij de monitor passen. De sleeve biedt uitstekende bescherming tijdens dagelijks transport, en de adapter houdt de kabels netjes en bespaart ruimte, wat handig is tijdens mijn lessen.Kortom, ik ben ongelooflijk tevreden met zowel het product als de service. UPERFECT heeft mijn vertrouwen gewonnen, en ik kijk ernaar uit om in de toekomst opnieuw bij hen te kopen. Voor prijs goed scherm. Vooral voor films en game, maar ook handig als tweede scherm.

This portable monitor is definitely different than other monitors on the market. I have used 3 other monitors but I think I will continue to come back to this monitor. I use this monitor with a 14" HP Laptop so I ordered the 14" to match the screen sizes and helps a little more with portability. I work as an engineer, working on excel sheets, drafting, and reviewing multiple plan sets, so working while traveling, I feel like I need a portable monitor to have a second screen to look references while working.I REALLY REALLY like the stand, it's built in and sturdy enough, but the major thing is that it doesn't take up too much space. I travel for work a lot and when setting my laptop/portable monitor on a small coffee table, the base on this one works perfect for a smaller table footprint. All the other monitors I have tested come with the Folio style stand which always bugs me because how unstable they are and how easily they can be knocked over. There have been so many times where the cable that's connected to these "Folio" style stand, knocks the monitor over. This is not the case here.The stand also has USB-C on both sides of the monitor. This is something I didn't realize was super important to me, but with this small feature, I am able to carry a 1 foot USB-C to USB-C cable, because I don't need a long cable to wrap around the laptop or the monitor to connect. This just helps take up way less clutter on a small table, looks less messy when at a like a Starbucks.The screen brightness is just fine. My HP Laptop maxes out to about 300 nits. The max for this monitor is around 300 nits as well. This is perfectly fine since I don't have mismatching monitor brightness. If you were to use this with a MacBook (they have higher brightness) this monitor would not look that good beside it. But for around $120, it doesn't really matter in my case.The colors are washed out when comparing to a better screen, like a MacBook again. It doesn't really bother me for my type of work since I'm mainly working on excel sheets, or high contrast drawings that don't affect my quality of work. I wouldn't recommend this for someone looking for color accuracy.One thing to note, you do have to contact the store to receive a travel case. At the moment, my bag has a dual compartment that can safely store the monitor, but do note that you will be traveling with the screen exposed and I would recommend something to protect it while traveling.Overall, I would definitely recommend this monitor for someone who is traveling, and just needs a second screen for reference material. It feels super light and I really like the stand. I didn't weigh the monitor but I would say it's less than 2 pounds, it's probably just as light as an iPhone. This monitor would also work for someone who games at home and wants discord or some other monitoring software on a smaller screen. I plan on using it for this purpose as well.

It's an alright monitor. Not worth the money imo. The brightness is lacking.

I have multiple monitors at my desk, but when moving to any other location, I miss the flexibility. This has good color, decent brightness, lightweight, and versatile. The stand works perfectly fine when used as directed. Yes, the included cables are short, but are perfectly fine if your monitor is near the computer.

Delivery was fast. Ordered on late Saturday afternoon and received on Sunday morning. Monitor performs as expected; my MacBook Pro detects it, display is bright, audio is good and text is clear for a 1080P display. Box comes with necessary cables including QC 3.0 charger. Great buy!

Always wanted a side screen and decided to give it a try. It‘s decent looking and work ok two days in since I installed it. The cords are way too short，I had to get my own cords to connect it.
