Easy Guitar Songs for Beginners: Simple Sheet Music, Tab, and Chords of Famous Favorites

My 11 year old son got a guitar for his bday. Within a week he had taught himself several chords and learned some notes. Bought this to help him learn a few more beginner songs. He loves it- learned 3 songs immediately. Also loved it had a couple Christmas songs because he recorded it right before Christmas.

Good book

Perfect easy to understand

Fun songs, but too small for me to read. Doesn't have the verses in the songs I usually would play. I liked the variety in choices. Thankyou.

The book is ok for anyone that is taking lessons and has some knowledge of music. For a new guitar player trying to learn where to place their fingers to produce notes and chords it lacks tab diagrams showing finger placements. It has not helped the person it was gifted to because of this flaw. I bought a chord laminated poster to assist with this, and once he starts taking lessons hopefully he will benefit from this book.
