Bought the bag for 1 month & only used a few times, the zip was broken. Keep sending the seller messages & they keep playing ignorant & refused a refund. Never buy from this seller again.

I love the outside and inside pockets, and the main compartment fits a LOT! Yesterday I had a water bottle, a hardcover book, a hairbrush, an entire body spray container, my full size wallet, and other little things. Plus stuff in the other pockets! If that doesn’t say how much you can fit in here I don’t know what will haha . The straps don’t hurt my shoulders and the bag is thick so it’s a good quality. I use this as a purse because there’s also a zipper to close it up. It can be a little annoying to zip it up but that happens with every bag, and this one isn’t as annoying to zip up as my old cross body. Overall, I absolutely love this bag.

Colour is nice.. Material isn't that great

My teenage daughter uses this for her school bag. She carries all her things and her school laptop in it without issue. I was initially worried about the quality with the price but so far, it's holding strong and she's generally rough with all her things.
