Used this pan for a bit - very small (which is ok), but really thin material so there's no real heat distribution. Result: eggs crispy on the bottom in 30 seconds, top still uncooked. Can't really recommend.

I was a bit skeptical about putting something with a plastic handle into an oven, but it said ovenproof in the Amazon description. So into the oven it went, and the handle didn't melt.The pan is very non stick. Eggs are the worst, but not the slightest sticking.The pan is made of very thin metal. Not a problem on an electric hob. Be aware that the pan will heat up almost as soon as the hob does. I think you might have trouble if you used it on a gas cooker16cm size is good for 2 to 5 egg frittatas (1 to 2 people as main course).
