It’s a lovely, creamy, smooth fat that is simple to use as an addition to the diet...important for brain, heart joint hormone balance immune etc health I think. I’m still researching and experimenting. I experienced no flavour or smell with this fat which I found odd.

I had Duck Fat Fry’s at a basketball game and got hooked! When I found it in Whole Foods I made the purchase and Bam! It worked! The Fat gives French Fry’s an extra umph!

Perfect! It's in a glass jar and it arrived very securely packed, with those air filled packing things (I forget what they're called!) and wrapped in bubble wrap. It makes my home fries taste so savoury and wonderful!
