Order process:

• Please wait one hour before requesting to allow your order to sync with our system
• Follow the instructions in the email and scan the QR code attached to the message
• In few cases, you need to adjust phone settings to activate the eSim. Please be patient and communicate with us and you can always request refund in rare cases we cannot help
