Simcard werkte niet.Aanmelden ging goed en kreeg mail dat hij geactiveerd was op aangegeven datum.Eenmaal in Amerika werkte de kaart niet.Contact gehad met service desk die pas later antwoord gaven maar probleem werd niet opgelost.Toen maar naar een tmobile winkel gegaan en nieuwe card gekocht en werkte binnen 1 min.Dus dit doen wij nooit meer.

I bought a SIM card to use data for a navigator before I left for the USA.Although it was confirmed to activate the SIM card from before the arrival in the USA, it was not activated, by which I had rent an upgrade car with navigator at a additional cost of USD 25 per day.The SIM card was activated by requests after I had checked in the hotel.I do not recommend to buy their SIM card but from another seller.

Eenmaal in New York aangekomen werkte de Simkaart niet, van alles geprobeerd, de Airalo esim werkte echter bijzonder goed, aanrader!

Do not buy, waste of money. I'm currently in the US, received the SIM card before I left but it is totally useless. It's not activated, and no phone number associated to it. Email Travsim several times and got no reply.I contacted T-Mobile myself and they said there was no plan on the card. Feels like a scam!!

I purchased this SIM card to use in a Mobile Wi-Fi device as there is nothing in the description to say it would not work in this type of devices. Activated the day before travel, received emails to say it had been done (in German, Google translate solved that). However on arrival the device could not connect to the internet over the mobile network. Contacted support with details, print screens and exchanged daily emils (not over weekend) asking the same questions. They eventually came back to me whilst at the airport waiting to fly back to the UK that it wont work on Mobile Wifi devices only IOS or Android Tablet or Mobiles. If I had known this I wouldnt have purchased, so for me got no use out of it and was a complete waste of money.

I was very unhappy with this SIM card! I activated the sim the day before my trip. I received the email confirmation that it was activated which was good. I received another email later saying I most likely wouldn’t get the number till 5:00 on the first travel day. I wish I’d know that earlier! Then in actuality the card didn’t work for me till day 2. This was very inconvenient for me as I was traveling on the road for 12 hours my first day and needed to be able to use google maps. So I ended up having to purchase a road map and had to stop every 4 hours to find a McDonald’s to use the wifi to contact my family to let them know where I was because I was traveling alone. At the end of my trip I was stopping at gas stations asking for directions. This was extremely inconvenient and added hours to my already long drive.

Worked great, took a few minutes to get service once in US but after that connection was great.
