I bought this as part of a present for someone, and having so much choice of prices on amazon, I didn't quite know which bat box was the best. When I opened the parcel, I was very pleased with this product. The wood looks good quality and the zinc roof in top conditions. It is coated of a very light green paint. Not been an expert on bats, it would help to have a little instructions on how and where to position the bat box and how to maintain it. But overall I'm very happy with the standard of the product and hope that the person who will receive it will be too. And hope that bats will start using this box soon after been put up.

Also ordered a bird house from this same company, and I like them both. The quality is excellent... Not telling if there are any bats living in it, or any birds in the birdhouse, for that matter, but they look good on my trees in the backyard. I would also order the bumblebee house and the ladybug house made by the same company for next spring.A good value!

Bat house seems to be reasonably good quality for its relatively low price. Have not yet installed the three purchased but hope the bats enjoy them.
