Deze bel ligt hier al ruim twee weken, maar monteren is onmogelijk: de beugel houdt de bel niet vast. Anker beloofde een oplossing, maar stuurde het verkeerde onderdeel en zou nu alsnog de juiste sturen. Die laat nog steeds op zich wachten.Daarbij was deze bel al een vervanger voor een eerdere die na slechts 15 maanden de geest gaf door laadproblemen. Anker weigert hun verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en probeert onder de wettelijke garantie uit te komen. Klantenservice? Onbestaand.Dankzij Amazon kan ik gelukkig retourneren, want van Anker hoef je niets te verwachten. Producten van matige kwaliteit en een bedrijf dat zijn klanten laat vallen zodra er problemen zijn. Laat je niet misleiden door mooie praatjes: koop iets anders.

Voldoet prima, en geen abonnementskosten.

Bij het ontvangen van het pakketje was deze nog mooi dicht geseald en dus niet eerder open gemaakt. Bij het monteren van de camera deurbel op de muurbeugel wilde de camera echter niet inklikken. Hoewel ik het klikgeluid hoorde, zat de camera niet goed vast in de beugel. Ik probeerde contact op te nemen met Amazon, maar dit bleek op geen enkele manier mogelijk te zijn! Zelfs Bol.com heeft dit beter geregeld dan Amazon.Naar mijn mening zou Amazon als tussenpersoon moeten optreden tussen mij en Anker Innovations, aangezien ik het product via Amazon heb gekocht. Daarom heb ik direct contact gezocht met Anker Innovations. Ik ben erg tevreden over hun klantenservice; ze reageerden snel en boden meteen een oplossing.Anker Innovations heeft me een nieuwe muurbeugel opgestuurd, en dit keer paste de camera wel in de beugel. Ik ben erg blij met de klantenservice van Anker Innovations Eufy!Jammer dat Amazon hier tekort in komt.

This kit contains one wifi chime (the chime with 2 antennas, not an add-on chime the one without 2 antennas) that will works also as homebase for the doorbell, so it does’t required the homebase 2 or 3 to works. With this wifi chime, that act also as homebase, the door bell cannot have an extra chime (an add-on chime or wifi chime) but only one chime (the wifi version). If you have already a homebase it is better to buy a kit with the add-on chime (the one without 2 antennas) and with a usb dongle to insert in the homebase that act as transmitter for the add-on chime, first because then you hear the bell in both your homebase and the add-on chime and, second, because you can add multiple (up to 4) extra add-on chimes (without usb dongle, you need only one usb dongle, the dongle is the transmitter to all the add-on chimes).The homebase can store 15GB of messages and videos of the doorbell but cannot be expanded, at the contrary, the wifi chime has a micro-sd port where you can put a sd card up to 128GB.If you decided to stay with this kit, be awere that first you need to install (setup) the wifi chime and then the doorbell because in this way, when after you install the doorbell, the system will ask you to decide on which device to link the doorbell: or the homebase or the wifi chime.If you choose to link it to the homebase, then you will hear the bell only in the homebase but not in the wifi chime making the wifi chime needless!!!, but you have still the possibility to buy and add multiple add-on chimes to hear also the bell in the add-on chimes, vice versa, if you choose to link it to the wifi chime, then you will hear the bell only on the wifi chime but not on the homebase and you cannot add multiple add-on chimes (only one, this wifi chime).If, instead, you decide to install (setup) first the doorbell and then the wifi chime, then when you install (setup) the doorbell, the system will automatically link the doorbell to the homebase without asking to link it to the wifi chime because not installed yet!!! and then, when you after install the wifi chime, the chime will not sound when the doorbell is pushed making the wifi chime needless!!!So be careful to buy the right kit for your purpose and the order on which to install the devices, because the Amazon website or the Eufy website don’t mention this anywhere, I learned it after chatting with eufy support center, too late!!!

Funciona como esperado y relativamente fácil de instalar. Tras una mala experiencia con un timbre más barato cuyo chime dejaba de funcionar muy satisfecho con la calidad de este dispositivo, sus instrucciones de instalación y de uso y de la calidad de las fotos y vídeos, así como su sistema de almacenamiento. En este rango de precios es seguramente el mejor sistema.
