--This product arrived 2 days early (and was already not going to take long to get here). So instead of the three or four days I expected it was 1 or 2 days before I was eating!--So you get 4 little jars that really look high quality and elegant. I had the salmon roe today and for one meal I made an easy Keto seed bread that cooks in 2 minutes from the recipe by that Youtuber "KetoKing" (I'm not strictly keto but do rotate that in for health now that so many recipes keep popping up in my recommendations, there's another girl named Christina something who does 90 second keto breads that I'd like to try this with). I've tried it with just flax seeds or changing it with flax, chia and sesame and either way is great and tastes like a healthy wheat or rye bread. Then I put cream cheese on top and this roe. One serving (a whole microwave keto bread serving which is like 2 slices) used only approximately 1/2 of one jar (maybe a little more than 1/2). So I expect to get about 6 or 7 servings from this package which was more than I thought when I saw the little jars. They're about the size of a fancy eye make up jar, I'm guessing from the stats they're just under an ounce each but if you eat it with cream cheese or something like that you will get a lot of servings. I used to make my own sushi but I've forgotten how now that you can buy it everywhere so I don't know how far you'd get making this into sushi but to be honest that might become too pricey, but as a very satisfying sized garnish it's not as pricey as I'd thought. Since I'm on a budget, that matters so if cost is a concern to you as well (or health) this is very nice. As I'm writing the price was $21.99 so that's what I'm reviewing, hopefully it goes lower or at worst stays the same because I wouldn't go higher.--The salmon roe was amazing. That's my fave so I wish all four jars were salmon roe but instead you get variety. The salmon roe are pearl sized, mild and taste like these gels that burst with a flavor of the sea that I just love. The other jars are much smaller sized eggs of different colors.--The writing on the jars is in a foreign language. I'm not sure if these are a Japanese company from a European source or what but it seems like a high quality source. If you're eating for taste, health or to not totally break the bank I think these hit the mark on all three points. They seem versatile to me. I might just do my same dish for all meals but if I can find a healthy Danish bread at the supermarket that would also work well with these (or Russian rye like some people love with salmon roe would also be really good with this brand).
