PRO 👍: qualità artigianale - farina forte - lavorazione che mantiene le qualità del prodotto inalterateCONTRO ✋: nel mio caso data di scadenza a 3 mesi dalla consegna.Mi fornisco di farina Caputo da anni, soprattutto per la pizza. È una farina di ottima qualità a un prezzo giusto. In questo caso, la Manitoba oro, è una farina forte, con glutine ricco, ottima per pasticceria, alcuni tipi di panini, e per rinforzare fatine deboli.🥯 Macinata finemente, è conservata bene non dà problemi, anzi, è la base di prodotti lievitati di qualità. La spedizione con Amazon è impeccabile, anche perché ogni pacco è sigillato con un'ulteriore busta impermeabile. Ne sono soddisfatto anche perché conoscendo il prodotto non mi aspettavo altro.☝️ Da fare attenzione che (almeno nel mio caso) la data di scadenza è a tre mesi. Perciò da prendere in considerazione se ne doveste fare una scorta, per fortuna io ho preso solo pochi pacchi che utilizzerò a breve.Ma nel complesso ottima farina, che si può trovare talvolta a un prezzo Amazon scontato davvero imperdibile.

Farinha ótima e entrega dentro do prazo prometido

I needed th8s flour to make Italian focaccia. It would not be delivered to Ireland so I choose my UK address to be then forwarded to Ireland. It went on a 4 months trip. I was not expecting to get this flour after 2 months when I got a request of payment from custom 4 months later!!!! The packs were kind of ripped and taped with AnPost tape. Between shipping from UK to Ireland, plus the cost of custom, this flour was very expensive to me!! Yet, at the time I could not get manitoba flour in Ireland so I decided to get it from amazon. The flour quality is fine, no complains about the flour or its taste. I've made wonderful focaccia with it, both Genovese and Toscana and both came out fantastic. The texture and consistency are the same as other flours. Obviously the seller had nothing to do with the shipping....that was AnPost!
