Bought this for a campout and it was very good. Easy enough to construct and added to my campout kitchen nicely. Like all things made of material I couldn't guess how long it would stand up to regular camping trips. I don't camp enough.

Awful item.The poles are held together with elastic inside, which does keep everything together to assemble. It takes about 2 or 3 mins to assemble.However...I did most of the assembly process and the whole unit was completely wonky, like one foot was about 10cm off the ground!! I thought I must have done something wrong, so I checked the instructions and then checked all the poles were fully inserted in to there sockets, they were. I thought maybe the top needed to be on to straighten everything out, it did help a bit, with the weight of the wood top it helped push it down a little. It still wasn't great though.The wooden slats on the top look nice, but they are not all even with each other, so it gives an uneven surface.The design means that there is a pole that goes right through the middle of the unit. This means that there have to be holes in the fabric for that pole to go through. The trouble is, those holes are oversized and this means there is a clear gap for flies and bugs to get in to feast on your lovely camping food!!Next, the fabric shelf supports were sewn in completely on the pi55! When you insert the wooden shelves, they are sooooo wonky! Unbelievable.Where the base is connected to the poles at the bottom, the fabric is screwed in to the pole, but the rear of the unit is screwed in totally off centre! Probably a factor of everything being wonky. It still wouldn't help the wonky shelves though.Th whole item is not sturdy at all. I reckon if you tried to chop an onion on the top, you'd probably end up knifing yourself, or at the very least, having to do Bruce Gobbelaar legs to try and get up with the wobble.One more update, I needed to pack it away to return to Amazon. Because all of the poles come apart but are one elastic, it's a bit like trying to put an octopus in an envelope!!

The planks which made up the worktop were warped so could not sit anything large on top as it wouldn’t be stable. The shelves felt quite flimsy, as did the zip. However, the functional design, if slightly more attention was paid to its construction, was sound and appealing.
