Nice lights

This bicycle light set comes boxed with instructions and accessories including a USB charging cable for each light and mounting accessories which I found easy to attach.Build quality is respectable. The lights seem well put together. Both have the charging ports hidden under silicone tabs for waterproofing. The power buttons are easy to reach and operate. Charging times are longer for the headlight as it has a much larger battery.The headlight is surprisingly heavy and very bright at the maximum setting, with the beam travelling quite a distance. It has a lower setting too which is great for battery preservation. The only other setting is a strobe mode for emergencies. Usefully, the light can also just be used as a torch.The rear light has more of a lightweight plastic feel, being much smaller and lighter. It's a little overcomplicated for my liking, featuring white, red and orange lights. Clicking the button cycles through a few (too many) modes but really I would have just preferred red and perhaps red flashing.Overall I'm very happy with these bike lights. The headlight is powerful and I can't really fault it. I would have preferred that the rear light just be red but it does the job nevertheless and I'm glad that both lights are rechargeable.

Within 4 weeks the clip that holds the lights to the bicycle had broken. Within 5 weeks, the light had stopped working and the waterproof cover for the charger had fallen off.

This is a handle bar and seat bar mounted LED light set, it is rechargeable via two Usb to micro usb cables which are included in the set, this also contains the positional mounts for both front and rear lights, which are quick release without the need for additional tools.The light casings are manufactured of plastic, it's not the best quality but is adequate for the task at hand, the LED lights within however are fantastic.The front light is very powerful, creating a superb darkness piercing beam, this has three differing modes available which are high brightness, low brightness and strobe light.The taillight has 4 modes of operation which are full brightness, half brightness, fast flashing and slow flashing.It's nice to have the option of differing levels of light, in well lit areas half and low brightness can be employed, whilst dark areas will require High and full brightness, this saves on battery usage when full brightness is not required.The front light on full brightness is extremely powerful and lights darkened areas with ease, the rear light is much more subdued but adequately visible, the inclusion of rechargeability and quick release makes this item an essential accessory for anyone considering riding after dark.Recommended
