For $22, this FULLHI santoku knife pretty good! My old santoku knife had a handle that was falling apart, so I got this one to replace it with. Overall it looks great and was super sharp right from the box. I also like the pattern that's on the blade itself, makes it look a little extra premium. My only complaint is I like a knife with a little more room between the handle and the cutting surface so my fingers don't hit the cutting board, and this one is pretty tight in that respect. However, I will likely buy additional knives of this brand as I replace some of my others.

This knife looks great! Solid n sturdy in the hand. I see no flaws. Mine did not come very sharp, it struggled cutting raw and cooked bonless chicken breast. Im waiting on my sharpener to put a good edge on it, which any knife should be capable of making a sharp edge, we will see.
