Very fast and accurate delivery - I received it on 02/20/2023.So far, it has been working perfectly-accurate reading of heart rate, atmospheric pressure, altitude and GPS coordinates.Very good mobile application, accurate reading of different phases of sleep.Good battery - with average load - first charge after 8 days of work!Disadvantage - inaccurate reading of the temperature and blocking of the entire clock once.For the ratio of quality and functions - price - I highly recommend it.

I used to wear a slim girly fitbit on my wrist that was too small for my man size wrist, and wanted a man size watch mainly for the heart monitor function,so bought this refurbished Garmin.What came was a new watch as far as I'm concerned. It's well made and has every function available for everything you may want to monitor. Came with no instructions but common sense and You Tube soon had me on my way. On first set up you need to choose all the excersise activities as once you have gone past that set up, you can't go back to add walking cycling running etc, and have to re-set the watch back to factory setting and start again I found out, so tick everything to add it to the list of activities first. Great easy phone app,with no probs connecting and it gives notifications from phone texts,calls,e-mail and even news items if required. I have used the cycling facility GPS and walking and both give an accurate measurement of distance. Heart monitor is accurate also as I tested it with my other device and they came out the same more or less give or take a beat. Great watch. Has everything you would need from a watch of this kind for a great price,and the battery life is also very good,and lasts a good few days before it needs plugging in for a charge.

I love this watch!!! I replaced an older Fitbit with this Garmin Instinct and only wonder why I waited so long. Got the 'refurbished' version and saved a bunch of money. Lots of Youtube videos on how to operate the watch, but suffice it to say that it really isn't complicated once you figure out the buttons. Oh, and I paired it with the Garmin Connect app only my iPhone, so I really don't do much on the watch directly.Pros:- Far superior connection with the Garmin Connect app. Syncs almost instantly and I rarely have to prompt it to sync.- Very nice display. Quite legible, especially in sunlight.- App has all kinds of interesting data displays - superior to the Fitbit app in my opinion. I especially like the step averages.- Screen is configurable - I display heartrate, steps, sunrise and of course date and time.- Countdown timer and stopwatch are easily accessed and I use them frequently. Don't want that soda in the fridge to freeze solid:)- Battery life is ridiculous. While I have yet to use that GPS in the month I've had this watch and can't speak to that, routine battery life seems to be at least 5 days. I have yet for the watch to warn me of a low battery. In fact I leave the USB cable for this watch in my car and occasional plug in the watch during my ~25 minute commute and that has done the trick so far.- Lots of after market strap options in different materials and colors. The Garmin straps are pricey, but you can find a lot of cheaper options that have the Quick Fit hardware and are super convenient.Cons - my single complaint is that the you have to press a button to activate the light to read the watch at night. It would be nice if the light could be activated with a specific motion. Minor complaint.Again, so happy with my refurbished Garmin Instinct!!!
