Het is gewoon goede tijm. Zeker goed om in het eten te gebruiken. Lekker ook om thee van te maken of mee te stomen als je verkouden bent.

This was recommended to me for a persistent cough , my young son having one that has been going on for weeks with no change So two spoonfuls in a strainer left it to soak ten mins ( recommended) plus a spoon of honey after it’s gone off the boil so you don’t spoil the honey’s properties, and it seems to be doing the job his cough is definitely getting less , something in the thyme works against coughs apparently , anyway for the money around £10 this is a large bag 250 grams and will last ages , I also bought a smaller bag from a DIFFERENT COMPANY ( French) and that was the same around £10 but only 100 grams , having opened both they look the same to me and the description contents are the same , thyme flower and stem in both so this one is definitely good value for money and I’ve got to say tried it myself and it’s nice if you like herbal tea sometimes .
